Tips to help improve you Homestar rating

Homestar is the national rating tool that measures the environmental performance of standalone homes. This new initiative is possibly the most important development in the property industry for the years to come. It will enable homeowners to command higher resale value for superior performing properties and vice versa will provide buyers with strong negotiating points if the house isn't performing to requirements.

As a qualified Homestar Practioner and a certified Homestar Assessor, Alex Reiche proposes to give you all the tips and advice you need to get the best rating possible on your next home or renovation project. This workshop is targeted at the Homeowner as well as residential Architects and Builders.
